The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety, with hot options.

Upon arriving, we were directed to park in a nearby lot that felt inconvenient considering we had all our belongings in the vehicle.

Had a great stay on the Canada day long weekend, glad I've chosen it. The location was marvellous and stunning, next to Walmart and Food restaurants, Ontario and many store like CT, Walmart, gas stations and restaurants. Moreover, there was a lake within 10 mins walk from the hotel.

Breakfast had hot options and the area was well laid out with ample seating. The newly renovated room was comfortable and clean. Security was excellent and the staff were accommodating. A decent stay with some nice upgrades to the hotel.

The location it offers is beautiful and absolutely perfect, adjacent to many store like CT, Walmart, gas stations and restaurants, nearby restaurant, and local eateries. The food is good, loved bagged breakfast.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with remnants from previous guests found under the bed and in the bathroom. The front desk staff were unhelpful when we raised our concerns.

We really enjoyed exploring the beautiful area around Kenora. The room wassuper clean and cozy, especially with two small kids in tow. The breakfast options were decent and kept everyone fueled for our adventures.

In my wife's opinion, a crib would be great.

T he friendly greeting of the reception staff made an excellent first impression. This continued through out all the staff we met during our stay . This Comfort Inn was excellent value for money .I would highly recommend it to anyone

Only suggestion I would make is to invest in proper sized pillows for the beds.

Bed was comfortable. Had a good shower and tub was Good size

Key cards didn't work half the time. Coffe maker was dirty from last use No soap on second day Had corner room/ no opening window Hallway smelt like dirty feet and musty
